My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! The room offered a lovely view of the sea and Istanbul rooftops from the fourth floor, even though it was a bit small. The cleanliness was impressive, and the proximity to all the tourist places made my experience even better. I can't wait to come back soon!

The staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and even lent me a Metro Card for easy transportation around Istanbul. Their recommendation of a nearby fish restaurant with a complimentary shuttle was a delightful touch. Their exceptional helpfulness, friendliness, and dedication to meeting guests' needs were truly commendable.

The hotel's location is convenient to all the hot points in Istanbul's old town, making it extremely helpful and polite. The team's dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay, especially in the heart of Sultanahmet, close to all the best tourist attractions, was impressive.

Dining on the rooftop with a view of Sultan Ahmed Mosque and the Marmara Sea was simply amazing. The service was excellent, and the reception staff, particularly FIRAT, was exceptional. An all-around great experience with no negative comments.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were provided quickly upon request after 2 nights, and my room was spacious and ultra-clean. However, the location of the room was less than ideal, as it was tiny and situated just behind some metallic stairs.

The location of the hotel is perfect because the tourist attractions are within walking distance. It's right by the Blue Mosque and near to the Hagia Sophia.

The dining experience was nice, but the collection was very poor. After a big day of sightseeing, it was also a pleasant start to the day with a wide range of buffet selections available.
